Our church is considered an "Elder-led" body of believers. We adhere to the New Testament model of the specific spiritual gift of leadership. Our Elders serve our body through the four-part process of: praying for our body of believers, monitoring the process of ICC's growth, necessary decision making and advising our senior pastor in leadership issues.

Our church would not operate to its full capacity without our group of Deacons...true servant leaders. These men are responsible for seeing that the church's facilities are maintained, ministry projects are manned and volunteer workers are mobilized. These men, like the elders, are chosen from among our membership and presented for church approval before becoming deacons.
